I’m a certified health coach and yoga teacher based in Los Angeles, California. I’m also a women’s sensuality guide and business coach for yoga teachers.

Having healed myself from a severe eating disorder, nonexistent libido and lack of menstruation for over a decade, as well as having completely transformed my entire life and career, I am passionate about helping women like you heal from trauma, awaken their creative feminine power and use pleasure as the guiding force for generating more peace, prosperity and magic in their lives. I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Health Coach in 2008. I am a trained Tao Shamanic Priestess through the Tao Tantric Arts and Universal Healing Tao. I’ve had the privilege to travel the world to learn from and work alongside many master teachers and pioneers in the fields of wellness, personal growth and spirituality ranging from meditating with Indian mystics in the Himalayas to assisting Joe Dispenza’s retreat in Mexico.
